ADNOC and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to create 13,500 new job opportunities for Emirati talent in private sector companies within ADNOC’s supply chain by 2028. This initiative supports the UAE’s goal of providing 100,000 new private-sector jobs for Emiratis over the next three years.

The MoU targets highly skilled Emirati professionals in advanced fields, including artificial intelligence, engineering, and manufacturing.
