ADNOC and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to create 13,500 new job opportunities for Emirati talent in private sector companies within ADNOC’s supply chain by 2028. This initiative supports the UAE’s goal of providing 100,000 new private-sector jobs for Emiratis over the next three years.

The MoU targets highly skilled Emirati professionals in advanced fields, including artificial intelligence, engineering, and manufacturing. As part of the agreement, job and training opportunities will be allocated to qualified Emiratis in the Al Dhafra region this year. The Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (ETCC) has announced the launch of the first cohort of the “Nafis International Program,” which aims to provide Emirati citizens with professional training opportunities abroad in collaboration with leading global companies and international organizations.

The program, sponsored by ETCC in partnership with key strategic sectors in the UAE, offers training opportunities abroad for periods ranging from three to six months.
