Nafis Youth Council​

The Nafis Youth Council, formed in January 2025 under the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, includes 15 exceptional Emiratis under 35 from key private sectors. It aims to inspire youth to join the private sector, support Emiratization and the National Youth Agenda, and strengthen the link between Emirati youth and the Nafis vision.

Nafis International Program

In line with the UAE government’s commitment to develop local leadership and supporting Emiratis working in the private sector, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council launched Nafis Leadership Program in collaboration with the UAE Government Leadership Program and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. Nafis Leadership Program

The Nafis Leadership Program, launched by the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council with the Prime Minister’s Office, develops high-potential Emiratis in the private sector for future leadership roles. Over six months, participants undergo training, field visits, and practical assignments. Fully funded by the Council, the program includes a selective screening and interview process.
